This 1970’s build was in a dream location, backing onto the infamous Jefferson Lane just meters away from stepping foot on the beach. We knew this was a purchase that was all about location, location. An offer was made- sight unseen the evening it was listed online. The following day, the open home had 30 people inspecting, followed by 12 offers. With the art of presentence and not giving up we signed the contract for $480,000 only days later. Within under 10 months we created a 41% (+$200,000) uplift in capital value by investing only $20,000 into an interior upgrade. Our fee is charged as a flat percentage rate of the total purchase price. This rate depends on how much you spend to buy your next property.

We provide such a detailed breakdown of information during all property transactions that you will have access to the right data to back all your important investment decisions. Information that we provide includes local zoning property plan, zoning overlays, comparable sales in the direct area, local street & location analysis, future site specific development analysis and local development analysis. With this information on hand you will have the confidence that you will be making the right investment decision moving forward.
Yes, all you need to do is pay a 50% deposit to get started with us. Once payment has been received we will not stop until we have a signed contract for your new property purchase in your hands. Once your property purchase has gone unconditional you will pay the remaining 50% payment.
Once payment has been received you will be sent log in details to access your online Google Map and Google Drive links. This is where all our property information will be stored during the buyers agent process. We will also book in our weekly catch ups so we can keep our property list up to date.
